These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") govern your use of and access to okystudio.com and any websites, applications, tools, and features provided by Oky Studio ("Oky Studio", "we", "our", or "us"), including but not limited to Pypets, Reademy, Logoslate, Swypn, and oky (each a "Service" or collectively, the "Services").
1.1. Related Policies
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how it is used. The Terms and Privacy Policy together set forth the entire agreement applicable to each visitor or user ("User" or "you") of our website and Services.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this document indicates when it was last updated. Your continued use of our Services following any changes means you accept those changes.
1.3. Agreement

3. Purpose and Scope
Oky Studio builds and publishes applications with singular functionality. Our website provides information about our products, community features, and support resources. Use of the Services is subject to these Terms and applicable law.
4. Use of Services
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use our Services for lawful purposes.
4.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services, or have parental or guardian consent where required by applicable law.
4.2. Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of content you submit to us. By submitting User Content, you grant Oky Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content solely to operate and improve our Services.
7. Privacy
Oky Studio values your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, available at okystudio.com/privacy-policy, explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
8. Purchases and Third-Party Platforms
Some of our Applications are available for purchase or download through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Microsoft Store. Purchases, refunds, and subscription management are governed by the terms and policies of the relevant platform. Oky Studio is not responsible for platform billing disputes.
8.1. Pricing
Prices for our Applications are displayed on the relevant platform at the time of purchase. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
8.2. Refunds
Refund requests for platform purchases must be directed to the platform through which the purchase was made, in accordance with that platform's refund policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OKY STUDIO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO OKY STUDIO FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Oky Studio from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using our Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, epidemics, power outages, network failures, or government actions.
14. Disputes
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at hi@okystudio.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days, either party may pursue formal proceedings. You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.
15. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Oky Studio regarding the Services.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
